Question What's the point of BB Genocide?

So I just unlocked the BB Genocide skill, but I don't see what's the big deal about it. It doesn't do that much more damage than War Hammer/Zansetsu Messer to make it worth the huge cooldown - the only advantage seems to be the awesome animation.
Is there some hidden effect about BB Genocide I can't see?

 

I found it, and it's actually quite simple: It still does massive extra damage to enemies stunned with the Sniper.
So it's basically an upgrade for the Sword specials, increasing damage and attacking all enemies at the cost of an insane cooldown.
