I don't know about anyone else here, but jazz is probably my favorite music genre of all time. That said, it makes sense for me to seek out some jazz Vocaloid pieces (some arrangements and some originals). I was just curious if anyone had heard of any.

My current favorite Vocaloid jazz artist is "Baguettes Ensemble". They have done a number of albums up until now, including:

The Vocaloid Jazz Sessions vol. 1 and 2 (both albums are 3-piece jazz arrangements of popular songs)
The Vocaloid Jazz Sessions vol. 3 and 4 (these are similar to vol. 1 and 2 in that they are arrangements of popular Vocaloid songs, but instead of only 3 pieces, they have some real vocalists and other instrumentalists, such as sax players and trumpet players)
The VocaJazz vol. 1 and 2 (These are both albums of original Vocaloid songs, complete with Miku, Luka, etc.; here is an example of a song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWMY2F5ifVA)

I just noticed that they recently released a new album, which I discovered on their official page: http://translate.google.com/translate?h ... S:official

I'd love to know if there are any other jazz junkies here. ^_^

    Jazz and vocaloid ?

well you can try all the oster project CDs, it is not exactly jazz, but she has a deep and strong jazz feeling in many songs, her CD called oster project big band "gossip cat" is a pure jewel :

someone uploaded "miracle painting" with the 2 versions :

there is also her CD called : ねこのかんづめ☆プレミアム , even if it's intrumental only

Maybe Marasy, a bit far away from jazz.

The 39's featuring vocaloid : more bossa nova / acoustic

    VOCAJAZZコンピ - the VOCAJAZZ vol.1

the band [mint] made some great covers too :

that's all i have in my mind now :)
