If they want to understand the community why they don't bring out the game in english outside Japan?

Mikunopolis in Los Angeles was a big step. Now, I think it's maybe a little too late to bring the game outside Japan, but it's good to see that they analyze the market. Maybe they are afraid to bring a game with Japanese songs... But if what they lack is English songs, with Miku English coming to the market, we will have soon a lot of them.

Licensing issues of the songs. Plus, no one knows well Miku Hatsune. It's a shame, but that's true because most of people think as her as a joke or a japan weird stuff. It would be more profittable the same game mechanics with a guest star. Let's say "Justin Bieber: Project Idol", that would be a blockbuster worldwide.

Not evertything that comes out of Japan becomes a hit. Let's say, Arc Rise Fantasia and Tales of Vesperi, wich sales where not very optimistic.

    "It's not real music!" "She's a Pokémon!"
    I cringed during that video.

"Hannah Montana was cool, but then she started acting like a hooker." was pretty cool though

The only problem is that the engine the vocaloids and miku are running with only works on Japanese that's also why miku doesn't speak English or even if she should talk English you will have problems understanding her because of her pronunciation the engine serves.
But there is one guy - a private programmer and illustrator- in Japan, who is able to make miku's English more "English-like".

So, they would have to create the whole vocaloid engine new for "real" English songs and this costs a lot of money and time. Therefore there will only be the Japanese version. Besides, there are already enough website offering translations, guides, patch notes in English and other languages like German, French, Spanish, etc. so they even don't have to do all that stuff for bringing miku's project diva overseas.
