Is it possile to get the videos from the games?

    I'd love to make a fan tribute, but I need the videos, without subs and preferrably without watermarks, though I'm pretty sure the last one isn't possible. Is there anyone here capable of helping me with that?

    Removing the subtitles and watermark would be possible with an "empty" translation patch which would also make the logo invisible. you should ask codestation for something like that.
    Something like this is already available for Project DIVA 1st.
    Afterwards you can record the videos from your PSP by using RemoteJoyLite and it's "PSP Type B" driver for PC which allows you to transfer the PSP screen on your computer by connecting PSP with USB.
    It works for XMB and Games.
