Heeere we go. This is the basic forum structure right now. What is left? - a custom style - a few mods (I'm thinking about a rating mod for the Edits subforums so they can be rated) - rules - some other stuff I am probably ignoring right now Feel free to register right now, before the forum is actually done, and get a hat*! *hat may contain dangerous insects, do not wear
I just installed an Anti-Spammer Mod. You will not be able to post external links and edit your profile before you posted at least once.
Actually, I'm close to finishing a basic style. I'll put it up in a few minutes, and then you can look at it and change things if you want to.
Well, seems I won't get it done today... I half-activated it though, so admins can see it by clicking here: index.php?style=2
another idea i got: on the projectdiva.fr forums they have highscore topics for every project diva game. i already had the idea to offer highscore boards on the wiki. @_Suyo_: would it be possible to create a widget on the wiki like you did for edit play songs which are able to convert the opening post of the (upcoming) highscore boards from this forum directly to the wiki?
Done. :D Also, to the people who already registered - it would be great if you could submit your Edits and Scores so we can pre-fill the database a bit.
Latest Changes: - Added custom rank for Moogle: ProjectDiva.FR Admin - Added custom BBCodes: youtube, c (center), simg (resized image), hr (horizontal line) - Added more Questions in the Q&A-Captcha - Added new forums: BRS The Game, Anime - Slightly edited some stuff
I'm not sure where to go to report this, but I tried to submit 1 or 2 edits earlier, but I cannot post them due to them being "Too spammy" for a new user. There is not really anything I can input in that forum if I cannot include the download link to the file and the picture link.
You can't post external links in your first post. I guess I should change that message. Try again now.
Fixed forum permissions. People should be able to post in forums like "Gaming", "Anime" etc. now. (Edit by Suyo: Fixed the forum permissions again, regular users were able to see the staff forum :p) Fixed moderator permissions.
We just dropped another big update: If you reply to an Edit topic, you can tick a box on the right side saying "This is a Feedback Post, and should be able to be rated". If you just want to discuss something (like "This song is awesome, I like the beat") you leave i unticked. If you want to provide in-depth feedback, tick it. Your post will be marked as Feedback post, and the public can rate your feedback. Why you should do that? Just because. Oh, and your review score is also recorded in your profile and you will get rewards if you write good reviews. That's good, isn't it? So, what is left now? - Oliver is going to make a new banner graphic for the top - The forum gets its own URL (instead of a folder on my site) - Medals! Achievements! Rewards! Wonderful stuff! :D
The forum is looking great. I like the new features for leaving feedback about edits; makes giving constructive criticism and praise easier. This can then be applied to future edits people do.
