I prefer to post here all the homemade controllers I found when I was thinking about doing mine.

I've been working on a little (30x40cm) Future Tone controller since I really don't like the hori little one.
I nearly forgot that I had to use all L1/L2 & R1/R2 for the twin slide (>> & <<).

Take care with the drilling point, a sanwa 30/24/40mm is easy but big 100mm depends on their origin (original Sanwa or China cheap model).

You can build a controller using a pcb of an old pad, I did...

Here is a detailed procedure in english for "hacking" the original control panel from the Project Diva arcade cabinet, for using it with the PS4 version of Project Diva.

Overview

On the PSP, it was easy to share Edits over the internet: Zip up the savedata, upload it, extract it. Done. With the new Online Edit Database in PDf, it is way simpler - but not if you don't speak Japanese. Here's a little guide to use it!
