I prefer to post here all the homemade controllers I found when I was thinking about doing mine.

I've been working on a little (30x40cm) Future Tone controller since I really don't like the hori little one.
I nearly forgot that I had to use all L1/L2 & R1/R2 for the twin slide (>> & <<).

Take care with the drilling point, a sanwa 30/24/40mm is easy but big 100mm depends on their origin (original Sanwa or China cheap model).

You can build a controller using a pcb of an old pad, I did...
I hope the moderators will forgive me, I just do not know where this can be published, but a little later, I hope here will be a real tutorial.
I got the idea to build a new controller, but only to make it better, more convenient and more reliable, especially in maintenance, than the one that I have now, because now I have optical switches, but they are canopy, on snot, working good, but they needed veeeery long time of calibration and that time when I needed to disassemble...
Well my mini controller arrived today, and I was super excited to use it... only to find out that I absolutely suck with it because all I can hear are the button presses (and I don't know about you, but it COMPLETELY messes up my rhythm).

Anyway, I took it apart and modified it slightly so as to make it useful. The fix is quite easy and also easily reversible in case you don't like it, so if...
